A <br />24 cross - section of transportation, planning and development professionals. <br />25 <br />26 Additional Project Information <br />27 www.nscstudy.org <br />28 Sign up for email updates <br />29 Follow social media <br />30 Review study materials <br />31 <br />32 OC Bus and Rail Investment Plan FY2014 <br />33 The adopted FY13 -14 Chapel Hill Transit budget accounted for the use of $306,000 <br />34 in Bus and Rail plan funds to help cover the increased cost of existing services not <br />35 covered by the partners increased contributions. <br />36 Also accounted for the use of $166,000 in new vehicle registration funds to <br />37 implement service improvements that would provide improved access to jobs with <br />38 non - traditional work hours and expand access to retail, medical, recreational and <br />39 education destinations in Chapel Hill and Carrboro for lower- income and transit <br />40 dependent residents. For FY13 -14 these service improvements included and were <br />41 implemented in August 2013: <br />42 Weekday: CM, CW, D, F and J (later evening service will operate <br />43 year around on these routes and additional trips were added to the <br />44 F) <br />45 Later evening service on the CM, CW, D and J are not new trips, <br />46 prior to August these trips were provided -9 months out of the year <br />47 when UNC was in- session. They are now available year around. The <br />48 weekday NU and weekend U and NU are not included in the year <br />49 around service. <br />
