She said many of the uses would be required to submit a <br />groundwater study if they exceed the number of gallons per day utilized by an average single <br />family residence. <br />Council Member Ward asked what is in place to inform the public in the affected area of <br />these proposed changes. <br />Perdita Holtz said there was a public information meeting on this entire program; the <br />items were on the Board of County Commissioners QPH agenda; and this public hearing tonight <br />was in a legal advertisement. She said press releases are done, and if this was to be adopted, <br />and projects come forward, owners within 500 feet of a proposed property would be notified. <br />D.
