Gordon, Earl McKee Bernadette Pelissier, Renee Price and Penny Rich <br />COUNTY COMMISSIONERS ABSENT: <br />COUNTY ATTORNEY PRESENT: James Bryan (Staff Attorney) <br />COUNTY STAFF PRESENT: Interim County Manager Michael Talbert and Deputy Clerk to the <br />Board David Hunt (All other staff members will be identified appropriately below) <br />PLANNING BOARD MEMBERS PRESENT: Planning Board members Maxecine Mitchell, <br />Johnny Randall, Paul Guthrie, Herman Staats, Tony Blake, and H.T. "Buddy" Hartley <br />PLANNING BOARD MEMBERS ABSENT: Chair Pete Hallenbeck, Lisa Stuckey, Andrea <br />Rohrbacher and James Lea <br />Chair Jacobs called the meeting to order at 7:03 pm.
