<br />A facility designed and intended for the display of equestrian skills and the hosting of events including, but
<br />not limited to, show dumping, dressage, rodeos, general horse /mule shows, and similar equestrian
<br />disciplines Events may be larger scale, such as horse shows expected to generate more than 80 traffic
<br />trips per day, and may be held more frequently than once per month. A commercial stable may be
<br />included on the site

<br />An establishment engaged primarily in the sale or rental of farm tools, small farming equipment, and farm
<br />supplies Retail sales of animal feed, grain, hardware, lumber, tack, riding attire, animal care products,
<br />and the like may be an ancillary activity
