Article 5• Uses 54 <br />Section 5 8 Standards for Childcare & Educational Facilities <br />(h) All buildings associated with the operation of the cooperative shall be <br />designed to be harmonious with the character of the zoning district and <br />neighborhoods in which it is proposed to be located <br />(i) The applicant must demonstrate its compliance with the definition of <br />"Non- Profit Educational Cooperative" as contained in Article 10 of this <br />Ordinance <br />584 Schools Elementary, Middle and Secondary <br />(A) Standards for Class A Special Use Permit <br />(1) Submittal Requirements <br />In addition to the information required in Sections 2 7 3 and 5 3 2, the following <br />information shall be submitted as part of the application <br />(a) 26 copies of the site plan prepared in accordance with Section 2 7 3 of <br />this Ordinance and with the following additional information shown on the <br />plan <br />(1) Total student capacity of school as designed, <br />(u) Total number of employees at time of greatest shift, <br />(iii) Number and dimensions of designated parking spaces for school <br />buses, <br />(iv) Number of designated parking spaces for employees, <br />(v) Number of visitor parking spaces, <br />(vi) Number of student parking spaces, <br />(vii) Location of student drop off points with stacking spaces <br />identified, <br />(viii) Location of all proposed and future athletic fields and structures, <br />including <br />a Total number of seats for spectators, and <br />b Location of concession stands, if any anticipated, <br />(ix) Proposed public roadway improvements, and <br />(x) Existing and proposed infrastructure improvements (water and <br />sewer) <br />(b) 26 copies of a Landscape and Tree Preservation Plan prepared in <br />accordance with Section 6 8 of this Ordinance <br />(c) 26 copies of photometric plans prepared in accordance with Section 6 11 <br />of this Ordinance <br />(d) Estimated water usage for structures, landscaping and athletic fields <br />Section reference (e) A Traffic Impact Study, as required by Section 6 17 of this Ordinance <br />update => (f) A Biological Inventory, prepared in accordance with Section <br />5 4 -517 6(A)(2)(b)of this Ordinance <br />(g) A Resources Management Plan, prepared in accordance with the <br />Resources Management Plan definition in Article 10 of this Ordinance <br />(2) Standards of Evaluation Within Economic Development Districts (EDD) <br />If located within an EDD, the application must meet the EDD design standards <br />established in Article 6 of this Ordinance <br />(3) Standards of Evaluation in Zoning Districts other than an Economic <br />Orange County, North Carolina — Unified Development Ordinance Page 5 -79 <br />
