2 <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: The agreement as proposed continues the financing and budgeting <br />provisions in place for the previous 11 years, with the exception of new language on pages 3 <br />and 6 of the agreement that allow donations, caretaker rent and grant funds to accrue over <br />multiple fiscal years. The total budget for Little River Regional Park and Natural Area for FY <br />2013 -14 was $144,072. <br />RECOMMENDATIONS: The Manager recommends that the Board approve the renewal of the <br />interlocal agreement with Durham County, and authorize the Manager to sign the agreement <br />once it has been approved by both boards. If any changes to the Agreement are proposed by <br />Durham County, the revised agreement will be brought back before the Board for further action. <br />
