The revised construction cost estimate for <br />this project is currently incorporated into the Manager's Recommended Capital Investment Plan <br />for Fiscal Years 2014 -19. Once this project is completed, the Efland sewer system will be <br />turned over to the City of Mebane for operation which will eliminate the annual cost of operating <br />the System from the County's budget. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board authorize the Chair to <br />sign an amendment to the design contract for the Buckhorn EDD Phase 2 Sewer Extension <br />Project, and approve Budget Amendment #7 -C. <br />
