M <br />Please refer to Attachment 7 for the Board's recommendations. Attachment 8 contains a letter <br />from the applicant accepting the imposition of the recommended conditions. <br />Planning Director's Recommendation: In accordance with the provisions of Section 2.7.4 of the <br />UDO, the Planning Director recommends approval of the application subject to: <br />• Approval of the recommended Findings of Fact as detailed within Attachment 7, <br />• The imposition of the recommended conditions detailed within Attachment 7, and <br />• The BOCC's ability to make an affirmative finding on the general standards outlined <br />within Section 5.3.4 of the UDO. <br />Staff has provided a script denoting the cadence of review and action on the recommended <br />findings in Attachment 9. <br />Public Hearing Procedural Information: In accordance with Section 2.7.8 (A) (3) of the UDO, <br />evidence not presented at the public hearing must be submitted in writing prior to the Planning <br />Board's recommendation. Additional oral evidence may be considered by the Planning Board <br />only if it is for the purpose of presenting information also submitted in writing. The public <br />hearing is held open to a date certain for the purpose of the BOCC receiving the Planning <br />Board's recommendation and any submitted written comments. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: Staff has determined the project would not require augmentation of <br />County budgetary outlays to support services and that anticipated revenues from property taxes <br />should supplement any increases in cost. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends the Board: <br />1. Receive the Planning Board's recommendation; <br />2. Close the public hearing; <br />3. Approve the Findings of Fact, and impose the recommended conditions, as detailed <br />within Attachment 7; and <br />4. Make a motion approving the Special Use Permit. <br />As a reminder there is a script to aid Board members in their deliberations of this request in <br />Attachment 9. <br />
