Starpoint will deliver two copies of the information for ensured future <br /> access, using Adobe PDFs as directed by OCES. <br /> •Following digitization, Starpoint will store all boxes for a period of one year for quality <br /> assurance testing and backup at no charge. After that year, Starpoint will contact OCES to <br /> gain authorization for destruction and destroy said records at no charge and issue a <br /> Certificate of Confidential Destruction. <br /> •Additionally, as a free service, Starpoint will permanently store a copy of all images and <br /> indices for disaster recovery.
