<br /> THIS DEED, Made and entered into this the 27th day of June,
<br /> 1973, by and between JOHN W. JOHNSON and wife, MARTHA T. JOHNSON,
<br /> parties of the first part, and ORANGE COUNTY, a body politic, party of
<br /> the second part,
<br /> WITNESSETH:
<br /> That the said parties of the first part, in consideration of the
<br /> sum of TEN DOLLARS and other good, valuable and sufficient considerations.
<br /> paid by the said party of the second part, the receipt of which is hereby ack-
