He <br /> 23 said this is now a public road, and it will be open and used. <br /> 24 Commissioner Dorosin said, if these are public right of ways, it should not take long to <br /> 25 open them back up. <br /> 26 Chair Jacobs, responding to what Commissioner Gordon suggested, said Carla Banks <br /> 27 could possibly help put up an FAQ on the tax website to provide basic information. <br /> 28 Commissioner Price asked if the numbers have to be reflective. <br /> 29 Tammy Walker said the ordinance specifies that the numbers have to be contrasting. <br /> 30 Dwane Brinson said the signs from the fire department are reflective, and this is helpful. <br /> 31 Commissioner Rich asked if everyone on the map has been notified of a problem with <br /> 32 their numbering. <br /> 33 Dwane Brinson said yes. <br /> 34 <br /> 35 5.
