Adjourn the public hearing until April 15, 2014 in order to receive and accept the <br /> 20 Planning Board's recommendation and any submitted written comments. <br /> 21 <br /> 22 Buddy Hartley asked if there were any questions from the boards. <br /> 23 <br /> 24 Michael Brough, representing Sunny Acres, said he and the owners of the kennel are <br /> 25 available for questions. He said this will essentially eliminate split zoning of this property. He <br /> 26 said the reasoning behind this request is a possible future expansion of the kennel in future. <br /> 27 He said it is in the interest of the general public to have a single tract of land, under single <br /> 28 ownership, zoned the same way. <br /> 29 <br /> 30 Commissioner Dorosin referred to the skinny rectangle in the middle of the map, as well <br /> 31 as the front small piece, and asked if these were separate parcels. <br /> 32 <br /> 33 Michael Brough said these were separate and he is not sure whether these have been <br /> 34 combined, but if not, this will happen as part of the next step. He knows there has been an <br /> 35 acquisition of additional acreage since the property was first purchased. He said he has a <br /> 36 survey, and this may be combined or it may not be.
