Gordon, Earl McKee Bernadette Pelissier, Renee Price and Penny Rich <br /> 15 COUNTY COMMISSIONERS ABSENT: <br /> 16 COUNTY ATTORNEY PRESENT: James Bryan (Staff Attorney) <br /> 17 COUNTY STAFF PRESENT: Interim County Manager Michael Talbert and Deputy Clerk to the <br /> 18 Board David Hunt (All other staff members will be identified appropriately below) <br /> 19 PLANNING BOARD MEMBERS PRESENT: Planning Board members Maxecine Mitchell, <br /> 20 Johnny Randall, Paul Guthrie, Herman Staats, Tony Blake, and H.T. He reviewed the following items at <br /> 25 the members' places: <br /> 26 - Booklet/Blue Sheets/Cream Sheets/PowerPoint— Item C-1 — Class A Special Use <br /> 27 Permit <br /> 28 - Letter— Item C-3 - Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) Text Amendment <br /> 29 <br /> 30 A. OPENING REMARKS FROM THE CHAIRS <br /> 31 <br /> 32 B. PUBLIC CHARGE <br /> 33 The Chair dispensed with the reading of the public charge. <br /> 34 <br /> 35 C. PUBLIC HEARING ITEMS <br /> 36 Planning Board Member Buddy Hartley introduced this item. <br /> 37 <br /> 38 1. Class A Special Use Permit- To review a Class A Special Use Permit application <br /> 39 seeking to develop a solar array/public utility station on two parcels of property, totaling <br /> 40 approximately 52 acres in area, off of Redman Road between the railway and Interstate <br /> 41 85/40 in Cheeks Township. <br /> 42 <br /> 43 Buddy Hartley: An item involving a special use permit is a quasi-judicial setting, so <br /> 44 approval or denial of such permits are based on sworn testimony and evidence from individuals <br /> 45 who are speaking before the Board.
