~P <br />Doors, Hardware and Canopies. <br />Chapel Hill-Garrboro Gity Schools <br />Capital Project Ordinance <br />Be it ordained by the Orange County Board of County Comrnissianers that pursuant to 5ectian <br />13,.2 of Chapter 159 of the General Statu#es of North Carolina, the following capital project is <br />hereby adapted_ <br />Section 1. The project authorized provides funds for interior and exterior doors, frames, and <br />hardware replacements of Culbreth Middle Sch~~~, Estes Hills Elementary <br />School, Phillips Middle School, and Chapel Hill High School. Proceeds from the <br />Schools' portion of the one-half cent sales taxes and alternative financing fund <br />this project. <br />Section 2. The officers of the County are hereby directed to proceed with the praject within <br />the budget contained herein. <br />Section 3. This ordinance supersedes all CHCCS Doors, Hardware and Canopies Capital <br />Project Ordinances. <br />Section 8. This ordinance remains in effect from July 1, 2002 until June 30, 2007. <br />Adopted this 17th day of October 2006. <br />
