~~ <br />Technology <br />Chapel Hill-Carrboro City Schools <br />Capital Praject Ordinance <br />Be it ordained by the Orange County Board of County Commissioners that pursuant to Section <br />13.2 of Chapter 159 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, the following capital Praject is <br />hereby adopted. <br />Section 1.The Praject authorized provides funds to upgrade instructional technology and other <br />systems throughout the district. This ordinance supersedes all previous Technology Capital Project Ordinances for <br />the Chapel Hill-Carrboro Gity Schools. <br />Section 6. This ordinance, originally adapted June 29, 1992, shalt remain in effect until June <br />30, 2007. <br />Adopted this 27th day of June 2006. <br />
