<br />(c) Thet it is necessary that Orange County, acting as an administrative
<br />agent of the State in providing a State system of public schools, issue at this
<br />time 5735,000 of s¢id $1,000,000 school building bonds, 5250,000 of the proceed
<br />of which shall be used to pay seid note at Sts maturity.
<br />Suction 2. That there shall be issued at this time 5735,000 of-said
<br />51,000,000 school building bonds, vrhich ?}735,000 bonds shall be designated
<br />"SChoo1 Building Bonds, Series A", shell cons lst of 735 bonds of the denomi-
<br />nation of 51,000 each, numbered 1 to 735, inclusive, and said bonds shall
