Address hunger issues with children ( additional subsidies) <br /> 8. Continue improvement in Public Safety <br /> 9. Consider jail alternatives, maintain funding for drug treatment court <br /> 10. Give priority to funding core county services ( before discretionary services) <br /> 11.
