The Owner or Keeper of any animal who has been required to <br /> remove the animal pursuant to this Section shall,within five(5)days after removal, inform the <br /> Administrator or designee in writing of the animal's present location, including the name, address and <br /> telephone number of the animal's owner or keeper. If the animal has been destroyed,the Administrator <br /> shall be informed of the name, address,and telephone number of the person who destroyed such <br /> animal. <br /> (3) Sbbsequent Violations. The Animal Services Director or designee may impound an animal if a <br /> third verified violation occurswithin one year of any other previous violations of this Section. <br /> (4) Right of Appeal. An Owner or Keeper shall have a right to appeal a citation or removal of an <br /> animal under this Section in accordance with Section 4-54 of this Chapter. <br /> Sec.4-54. -Appeals. <br /> Any appeals of the Chapter shall be to the Orange County Animal Services Advisory Board within <br /> 5 days of the final decision of the action. The Animal Services Advisory Board shall adopt rules regarding <br /> the appeals of violations of the Chapter. <br /> DIVISION 2. -KEMNR-AND PI7SHOPSTANDARDS <br /> Sec.4-71.—Class I kennels. <br /> (f) Fbvocation. Apermit issued in accordance with this section maybe revoked by the <br /> Administrator after notice and hearing,for any reason that would havejustified denial of the permit in <br /> the first instance or for violation of another section of the Chapter. If the Administrator denies or <br /> revokes a permit in accordance with this section,the owner or operator shall be notified of their right to <br /> apppeal such decision in accordance with Saction 4-54. <br /> Sec.4-72. -Class II kennels <br /> (g) A permit issued in accordance with this section may be revoked by the Administrator after <br /> notice and hearing,for any reason that would havejustified denial of the permit in the first instance or <br /> for other violations of this Chapter. If the Administrator denies or revokesa permit in accordance with <br /> this section,the owner or operator shall be notified of their right to appeal such decision in accordance <br /> with Section 4-54. <br />
