County Manager's Report <br /> Michael Talbert said the Clerk will pass out information related to a process that he just <br /> became aware of regarding Guidelines for Commissioner Requests For Information from <br /> County Staff, which was adopted by the Board in 2002. He said this is for information only, <br /> and it could be added to a future work session if the Board would like to discuss it in more <br /> detail. <br /> Chair Jacobs said he had asked the Clerk to include this process in the Board's <br /> Procedure Book. <br /> Donna Baker said this will be included at the very end of the Procedure Book. <br /> 10. Advisory Board on Aging —Appointment <br /> The Board considered making an appointment to the Advisory Board on Aging. <br /> A motion was made by Commissioner Gordon, seconded by Commissioner Price to <br /> appoint Ms. Margaret Cohn to a first full term in the At-Large Position to the Advisory Board on <br /> Aging, with an expiration date of 6/30/2016. <br /> VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br /> b. Arts Commission —Appointment <br /> The Board considered making an appointment to the Arts Commission. <br /> A motion was made by Commissioner Gordon seconded by Commissioner Price to <br /> appoint Natalie Ziemba to a first partial term in the At-Large position, with an expiration date of <br /> 3/33/2014. <br /> VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br />
