County Manager's Report <br /> 7 Michael Talbert said the Clerk will pass out information related to a process that he just <br /> 8 became aware of regarding Guidelines for Commissioner Requests For Information from <br /> 9 County Staff, which was adopted by the Board in 2002. He said this is for information only, and <br /> 10 it could be added to a future work session if the Board would like to discuss it in more detail. <br /> 11 Chair Jacobs said he had asked the Clerk to include this process in the Board's <br /> 12 Procedure Book. <br /> 13 Donna Baker said this will be included at the very end of the Procedure Book. <br /> 14 <br /> 15 10. County Attorney's Report <br /> 16 <br /> 17 NONE <br /> 18 <br /> 19 11. Appointments <br /> 20 a. Advisory Board on Aging —Appointment <br /> 21 The Board considered making an appointment to the Advisory Board on Aging. <br /> 22 <br /> 23 A motion was made by Commissioner Gordon, seconded by Commissioner Price to <br /> 24 appoint Ms. Margaret Cohn to a first full term in the At-Large Position to the Advisory Board on <br /> 25 Aging, with an expiration date of 6/30/2016. <br /> 26 <br /> 27 VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br /> 28 <br /> 29 b. Arts Commission —Appointment <br /> 30 The Board considered making an appointment to the Arts Commission. <br /> 31 <br /> 32 A motion was made by Commissioner Gordon seconded by Commissioner Price to <br /> 33 appoint Natalie Ziemba to a first partial term in the At-Large position, with an expiration date of <br /> 34 3/33/2014. <br /> 35 <br /> 36 VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br /> 37 <br /> 38 c.
