He reviewed the following items at <br /> 25 the Commissioner's places: <br /> 26 - Orange Sheet- Item 4a - Orange County Arts Grant Recipients <br /> 27 - Green Sheet - Item 61 - Proposed Revisions to the Legal Advertisement for Quarterly <br /> 28 Public Hearing — February 24, 2014 <br /> 29 - Yellow Sheet -Item 7a - Triangle Transit Update on Implementation of the Orange <br /> 30 County Bus and Rail Investment Plan <br /> 31 - White chart - Item 7-b-Scheduling Public Hearings — Proposed Unincorporated County <br /> 32 Recycling Service District <br /> 33 <br /> 34 Chair Jacobs noted that Commissioner Dorosin would be unable to attend this meeting. <br /> 35 <br /> 36 PUBLIC CHARGE <br /> 37 The Chair dispensed with the reading of the public charge. <br /> 38 <br /> 39 2.
