iii. The Board appropriated funds within the Capital Investment Plan will <br /> cover the cost of the commemorative plaque for that facility. <br /> b. For County buildings and qualifying building renovations: <br /> i. The commemorative plaque shall be constructed of durable anodized <br /> aluminum with a bronze finish; <br /> ii. Sized approximately 24" x 24", or larger if appropriate; <br /> iii. Mounted upon an interior surface away from the effects of weather; <br /> c. For County parks and recreation facilities <br /> i. The commemorative plaque shall be constructed of durable wood, <br /> metal, or stone material; <br /> ii. Sized approximately 24" x 24", or larger, dependent upon the overall <br /> facility design; <br /> iii. Mounted upon an exterior surface in the manner of an all-weather <br /> ground, sign, or structure mounted design. <br /> 3. Minutes <br /> The Board approved the minutes from November 25 and December 10, 2013 as submitted by <br /> the Clerk to the Board. <br /> b. Fiscal Year 2013-14 Budget Amendment#5 <br /> The Board approved budget and capital project ordinance amendments for fiscal year 2013-14 <br /> for the Department on the Environment, Agriculture, Parks and Recreation; Department of <br /> Social Services; and Department on Aging. <br /> c. Fiscal Year 2013-14 Budget Amendment#5-A— Plan for Use of Enhanced Medicaid <br /> Administration Funds <br /> The Board approved the plan from the Department of Social Services (DSS) to utilize <br /> enhanced reimbursements for Medicaid administration for Fiscal Year 2013-2014, including <br /> consideration of Budget Amendment#5-A and a request for time-limited staff, additional <br /> technology/computer equipment, staff overtime and building changes. <br /> d. Approval of Expanded Cane Creek Fire Insurance District Map <br /> The Board approved the Cane Creek Fire Insurance District Map which has been expanded to <br /> include properties within six (6) road miles of Orange Grove Volunteer Fire Company Station 3. <br /> e.
