If you need this assistance, please call the County Clerk's <br /> Office at (919) 245-2130. <br /> A. OPENING REMARKS FROM THE CHAIR AND MAYORS <br /> B. PUBLIC CHARGE <br /> The Boards and Council pledges to the residents of Orange County its respect. The <br /> Boards and Council ask residents to conduct themselves in a respectful, courteous <br /> manner, both with the Boards and Council and with fellow residents. At any time <br /> should any member of the Boards and Council or any resident fail to observe this public <br /> charge, the Chair will ask the offending member to leave the meeting until that <br /> individual regains personal control. Should decorum fail to be restored, the Chair will <br /> recess the meeting until such time that a genuine commitment to this public charge is <br /> observed. All electronic devices such as cell phones, pagers, and computers should <br /> please be turned off or set to silent/vibrate. <br /> C. PUBLIC HEARING ITEMS <br /> 1. Text Amendments to the Joint Planning Land Use Plan and Agreement — <br /> Revise existing language to ensure agricultural activities are recognized as being <br /> allowed throughout the Rural Buffer, require a minimum 2 acre density, allow for the <br /> clustering of subdivision lots in those portions of the Rural Buffer outside of the <br /> University Lake Watershed Area, and clarify text associated with the minimum lot <br /> size within the University Lake Watershed Area. <br /> 2. Text Amendments to the Joint Planning Land Use Plan and Agreement — <br /> Revise existing language to allow for the possibility of locating appropriate <br /> agricultural support enterprises in the Rural Buffer land use classification. <br /> D. ADJOURNMENT OF JOINT PUBLIC HEARING <br />
