9 I <br />Section I <br />4. Analysis of Existing Conditions <br />Chapel Hill Carrboro School District <br />The Schools Facilities Task Force developed a <br />system to calculate capacity. Any changes year to <br />year will be monitored, reviewed, and recorded by <br />the SAPFOTAC on approved forms distributed to <br />SAPFO partners and certified upon approval by <br />the Board of County Commissioners each year. <br />The requested 2013 -14 capacity is noted on <br />Attachment I.B.4 <br />5. Recommendation — <br />Accept school capacities at all levels, as reported <br />by CHCCS and shown in Attachment I.B.4. <br />17 <br />School levels. A decrease of 119 at High <br />School level as a result of a N.C.
