Adjournment <br />A summary of the Board's actions from this meeting will be <br />available on the County's website the day after the meeting. <br />Note: Access the agenda through the County's web site, www.orangecountync.gov <br />**-PROCEDURES FOR PUBLIC HEARING <br />• The meeting room will not be available to the general public until 5:00 p.m. <br />• Public comment sign up will begin at 5:00 p.m. <br />• A table near or at the back of the room will have numbered sign -up sheets (please print legibly). <br />• Speakers will be called in sign -up order. <br />• At Public Hearings, Commissioners traditionally do not comment in order to allow citizens to <br />have the maximum time to express opinions. <br />• Speakers may only sign -up for themselves, to insure speakers are present. <br />• The maximum speaking time allotted will be 3- minutes /per speaker. <br />• Please clearly print your name /email/street address on the sign up sheets <br />
