The grassy area does not support vehicular traffic, heavy staging <br />of materials /supplies, set up of emergency services tents, etc. Current regulations require any area which exceeds 2,500 square feet to be engineered and constructed <br />with site drainage and subsurface drainage pursuant to impervious surface requirements. <br />20 <br />
