12 <br /> The total construction and installation cost for the sewer concept is currently estimated <br /> to be $5.8 million. See the table below. It would serve 86 additional parcels of land. <br /> The concept costs include construction, engineering design, administration and <br /> contingency for possible rock. The topography of the neighborhood is complex and the <br /> land falls in several different directions. This concept plan does not include the costs of <br /> any property acquisitions or easement acquisitions. Those costs are typically the costs of the <br /> homeowner and are estimated to be about $20/foot.
