Gordon, Earl McKee, Bernadette Pelissier, Renee Price and Penny Rich <br /> 14 COUNTY COMMISSIONERS ABSENT: <br /> 15 COUNTY ATTORNEYS PRESENT: John Roberts <br /> 16 COUNTY STAFF PRESENT: Interim County Manager Michael Talbert, Assistant County <br /> 17 Managers Cheryl Young and Clarence Grier and Clerk to the Board Donna Baker (All other <br /> 18 staff members will be identified appropriately below) <br /> 19 <br /> 20 1. Cedar Grove Community Center Schematic Design Presentation <br /> 21 Jeff Thompson introduced this item and noted that Chair Jacobs and Commissioner <br /> 22 Price have worked alongside staff and the resident advisory workgroup. He thanked all of the <br /> 23 team members who have participated in the process. <br /> 24 Sue Florence spoke on behalf of the working group. She asked all residents to stand <br /> 25 so they could be recognized for their work on this group. She thanked the Board for the <br /> 26 professional knowledge and skill that was provided by staff and consultants throughout this <br /> 27 project. <br /> 28 Chair Jacobs said the Board appreciated all of the work that the residents and staff <br /> 29 accomplished. <br /> 30 John Thomas, with MBAJ Architecture, praised the advisory group for their efforts on <br /> 31 this challenging task.
