However, there <br />must be at le t one tree every 100 feet of str frontage. <br />(3) In all developments ubject to the provis' ns of this section, the developer shall <br />either retain or plant tre within the ont yard setback along all existing and <br />proposed street frontages, bli nd private, except for alleys. <br />(4) If a conflict exists with pub' utiliti alternate plantings consisting of a greater <br />number of understory es will be pe itted. <br />(5) Street trees shal e of a species included o the Planning Director's list of <br />acceptable s et tree species. <br />(B) Between Lot P ntings <br />(1) ere a land use buffer is not required, a landscape area to feet in width <br />exclusive of drainage and /or utility easements shall be provide ong the interior <br />side and rear lot lines of each lot being developed. If there are no e ting trees, <br />the developer shall provide a minimum of one tree per one thousand sq e feet <br />of land contained within the ten foot landscape area. <br />
