271 <br />be located a minimum of 100 feet from the property line. <br />5.16.2 Veterinary Clinic, mobile <br />(A) Standards for Class B Special Use Permit or ASE -CZ or MPD -CZ Zoning District <br />(1) In the AR and R -1 zoning districts, this use is intended to be located on the same <br />property as the operator's residence. The mobile clinic shall be parked to the <br />side or rear of the residence, not in front of the residence, unless permitted <br />otherwise in the permit. <br />(2) For all zoning districts in which this use is permitted, observation shelters for up <br />to three large or small animals shall be considered an accessory use.
