258 <br />(6) Application materials shall include a comprehensive groundwater study, for <br />facilities expected to use more than 240 gallons of groundwater per day per acre <br />of lot area. Said study shall detail: <br />(a) The amount of water anticipated to be used on a daily, weekly, monthly, <br />and annual basis; <br />(b) An analysis of the amount of groundwater withdrawal considered to be <br />safe and sustainable in the immediate vicinity; and <br />(c) An analysis of whether other wells in the vicinity of the proposed use will <br />be affected by withdrawals made by the proposed use. <br />5.7.1 \Recreational Facilities <br />(A General Standards of Evaluation <br />(1) The standards included herein shall be applied to the following for -p fit <br />recreational facilities: <br />(a) Tennis clubs, <br />(b) Swim clubs, <br />(c Racquet ball, <br />(d) Squash clubs, <br />(e) itch and putt courses, <br />(f) Am ement areas, <br />(g) Bowlin Heys, <br />(h) Skating rin <br />(1) Shooting rang <br />0) Billiard and pool h Ils, <br />(k) Indoor athletic faciliti and <br />(1) Other similar uses. <br />(2) The minimum lot area s all be two a res. <br />(3) No building shall be oser than the min' um requirements of the district or 20 <br />feet to the public r' ht of way or private pr erty line, whichever is greater. <br />(B) Standards for Class pecial Use Permit <br />(1) Submittal quirements <br />In additi to the information required by Section 2 , the following information <br />shall b supplied as part of the application for approva of this use: <br />(a) A description of the exact type facility planned, th amount of area, <br />including and number of members or participants e ected, a site plan <br />showing siting and size of existing and proposed buil g. <br />(b) Access, parking, service and recreation areas for all plan d facilities or <br />existing facilities. <br />(c) Plans, and elevation for all proposed and existing structures an <br />descriptions of the color and nature of all exterior materials. <br />(d) A landscape plan showing, at the same scale as the site plan, existin <br />and proposed trees, shrubs, ground cover and any other landscape <br />materials. <br />
