258 (6) Application materials shall include a comprehensive groundwater study, for facilities expected to use more than 240 gallons of groundwater per day per acre of lot area. Said study shall detail: (a) The amount of water anticipated to be used on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis; (b) An analysis of the amount of groundwater withdrawal considered to be safe and sustainable in the immediate vicinity; and (c) An analysis of whether other wells in the vicinity of the proposed use will be affected by withdrawals made by the proposed use. 5.7.1 \Recreational Facilities (A General Standards of Evaluation (1) The standards included herein shall be applied to the following for -p fit recreational facilities: (a) Tennis clubs, (b) Swim clubs, (c Racquet ball, (d) Squash clubs, (e) itch and putt courses, (f) Am ement areas, (g) Bowlin Heys, (h) Skating rin (1) Shooting rang 0) Billiard and pool h Ils, (k) Indoor athletic faciliti and (1) Other similar uses. (2) The minimum lot area s all be two a res. (3) No building shall be oser than the min' um requirements of the district or 20 feet to the public r' ht of way or private pr erty line, whichever is greater. (B) Standards for Class pecial Use Permit (1) Submittal quirements In additi to the information required by Section 2 , the following information shall b supplied as part of the application for approva of this use: (a) A description of the exact type facility planned, th amount of area, including and number of members or participants e ected, a site plan showing siting and size of existing and proposed buil g. (b) Access, parking, service and recreation areas for all plan d facilities or existing facilities. (c) Plans, and elevation for all proposed and existing structures an descriptions of the color and nature of all exterior materials. (d) A landscape plan showing, at the same scale as the site plan, existin and proposed trees, shrubs, ground cover and any other landscape materials.
