These minimum distances shall not apply if all portions of t <br />facility, in which animals are housed, are wholly enclosed within a <br />building. <br />23 Staff is recommending this be removed as it is redundant with requirements of the UDO — all uses must meet the <br />buffer requirements. Calling this out as a separate item for this particular use can cause confusion as to <br />applicability to other uses; this is a remnant of duplicity staff attempted to catch when incorporating the previous <br />zoning ordinance into the LIDO but this instance was missed at the time. <br />
