Advisory Boards: <br />Agricultural Preservation Board (APB) <br />reviewed and discussed the entire <br />ASE program at its October 16, <br />November 20, 2013, and January 15, <br />2014 meetings <br />c. Local Government Review: <br />November 21, 2013 AOG Meeting to <br />Present to Elected Officials <br />Proposed amendment package <br />formally sent to JPA partners on <br />January 17, 2014. To date, no <br />comments have been received. <br />d. Notice Requirements <br />The consensus of the APB is that <br />the Board is supportive of moving <br />forward with the proposed ASE <br />program and would like farmers to <br />have the ability to apply for as many <br />types of agriculturally - related uses <br />as possible. <br />August 13, 2013 - Planning staff <br />informally notified Chapel Hill and <br />Carrboro Planning Directors of work <br />in progress and anticipated AOG <br />item <br />Item was included in the legal advertisement for the February quarterly public <br />hearing which was published in The Herald Sun and the News of Orange on <br />February 12 and 19, 2014. <br />e.
