187 <br />(2) The Planning Director may co oni or the health and status <br />of the P Dina, <br />6.8.6 Land Use Buffers <br />(A) Purpose <br />Land use buffers are intended to screen and buffer lower intensity /density uses from <br />incompatible higher intensity /density land uses. Buffers reduce adverse visual effects, as <br />well as noise, dust, and odor. <br />(B) Applicability <br />Land use buffers will be required based on the zoning district of the proposed use and <br />the zoning district of the adjacent uses. <br />(C) Location <br />(1) Required land use buffers shall be located along the interior or street lot lines <br />nearest the adjacent streets, land uses and /or zoning designations. Buffers shall <br />not be located on any portion of an existing or proposed street right of way, <br />drainage or utility easement. <br />(2) No building or structure of any type shall be erected, constructed or installed in a <br />required land use buffer. <br />(D) Land Use Buffer Table <br />(E) Natural Buffers <br />30 The AS zoning district does not currently appear on this chart.
