N. H., <br />The facility owner shall work with NCDOT to complete a traffic intersection analysis fi6r <br />access points along any state - maintained road or highway to determine need for cess <br />improvements such as left turn lanes or deceleration lanes. <br />(H) The facility owner shall work with NCDOT, the State Highway Patrol, and C my officials <br />t address traffic management issues to coordinate acceleration and dec ration lanes <br />at proved entrance and exit points on the property during major even <br />(I) The fa ility owner shall work with NCDOT and County officials to po proper signage on <br />the prop y directing traffic through a one -way ingress and egres ocation. <br />(J) A litter colle ion and recycling system shall be developed thro hout the grounds and at <br />all points of e ess. During events facility employees shall r ove trash from the <br />receptacles in a 'mely manner. <br />(K) All new facilities sh I install noise abatement systems ensure compliance with <br />applicable County not e regulations. <br />For existing facilities, the roperty owner /manage shall provide a noise abatement <br />system to reduce sustaine oise levels at the operty lines to the lowest practical level. <br />To accomplish this goal, the o ners /manag s have the option of employing, either singly <br />or in combination, any of the foil ing: <br />(1) Requiring all competition ve i es to have functional noise mufflers attached at all <br />times; <br />(2) Installing a system of no' e baffle berms, or walls on the perimeter of the <br />racetrack facility incor rated into t design and placement of any lighting <br />system and viewing tands, and /or <br />(3) Depressing the evation of the raceway ack surface, or <br />(4) Some other i ovative noise abatement sys m <br />(L) Limits on racing a ivities shall be such that no race sha extend beyond 11:00 p.m. on <br />Friday and Satu ay nights, or beyond 9:00 p.m. on other venings.
