167 <br />(6) Application materials shall include a comprehensive groundwater study, for <br />facilities expected to use more than 240 gallons of groundwater per day per acre <br />of lot area. Said study shall detail: <br />(a) The amount of water anticipated to be used on a daily, weekly, monthly, <br />and annual basis; <br />(b) An analysis of the amount of groundwater withdrawal considered to be <br />safe and sustainable in the immediate vicinity; and <br />(c) An analysis of whether other wells in the vicinity of the proposed use will <br />be affected by withdrawals made by the proposed use. <br />5.7.1 \ Recreational Facilities <br />( General Standards of Evaluation <br />(1) The standards included herein shall be applied to the following for rofit <br />recreational facilities: <br />(a) Tennis clubs, <br />(b) Swim clubs, <br />Racquet ball, <br />(d) Squash clubs, <br />(e) itch and putt courses, <br />(f) A sement areas, <br />(g) Bowli alleys, <br />(h) Skating r ks, <br />(i) Shooting ra es, <br />0) Billiard and poo alts, <br />(k) Indoor athletic faci sand <br />(1) Other similar use . <br />(2) The minimum lot area hall be tw acres. <br />(3) No building shall b closer than the 'nimum requirements of the district or 20 <br />feet to the public fight of way or private roperty line, whichever is greater. <br />(B) Standards for Class Special Use Permit <br />(1) Submittal equirements <br />In addi ' n to the information required by Section .7, the following information <br />shall e supplied as part of the application for appr al of this use: <br />( A description of the exact type facility planned, he amount of area, <br />including and number of members or participant expected, a site plan <br />showing siting and size of existing and proposed b 'Iding. <br />(b) Access, parking, service and recreation areas for all p nned facilities or <br />existing facilities. <br />(c) Plans, and elevation for all proposed and existing structures nd <br />descriptions of the color and nature of all exterior materials <br />(d) A landscape plan showing, at the same scale as the site plan, ex ting <br />and proposed trees, shrubs, ground cover and any other landscape <br />materials. <br />
