167 (6) Application materials shall include a comprehensive groundwater study, for facilities expected to use more than 240 gallons of groundwater per day per acre of lot area. Said study shall detail: (a) The amount of water anticipated to be used on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis; (b) An analysis of the amount of groundwater withdrawal considered to be safe and sustainable in the immediate vicinity; and (c) An analysis of whether other wells in the vicinity of the proposed use will be affected by withdrawals made by the proposed use. 5.7.1 \ Recreational Facilities ( General Standards of Evaluation (1) The standards included herein shall be applied to the following for rofit recreational facilities: (a) Tennis clubs, (b) Swim clubs, Racquet ball, (d) Squash clubs, (e) itch and putt courses, (f) A sement areas, (g) Bowli alleys, (h) Skating r ks, (i) Shooting ra es, 0) Billiard and poo alts, (k) Indoor athletic faci sand (1) Other similar use . (2) The minimum lot area hall be tw acres. (3) No building shall b closer than the 'nimum requirements of the district or 20 feet to the public fight of way or private roperty line, whichever is greater. (B) Standards for Class Special Use Permit (1) Submittal equirements In addi ' n to the information required by Section .7, the following information shall e supplied as part of the application for appr al of this use: ( A description of the exact type facility planned, he amount of area, including and number of members or participant expected, a site plan showing siting and size of existing and proposed b 'Iding. (b) Access, parking, service and recreation areas for all p nned facilities or existing facilities. (c) Plans, and elevation for all proposed and existing structures nd descriptions of the color and nature of all exterior materials (d) A landscape plan showing, at the same scale as the site plan, ex ting and proposed trees, shrubs, ground cover and any other landscape materials.
