155 <br />Any kennel, including primary enclosures or runs, which is no holly <br />enclosed within a building shall be enclosed by a security f ce at least <br />six feet in height. <br />(d) Th site plan shows parking, access areas and scr ning devices for all <br />buil di. s and animal boarding facilities existing proposed for the <br />property. <br />(e) The site plans II be reviewed by the O nge County Animal Services <br />Department, and and in conforman with the Animal Control <br />Ordinance. <br />(f) Building plans for all kenn f ilities shall be reviewed and approved by <br />the Orange County Anima ices Department prior to issuance of any <br />building permits. <br />(g) A sign clearly visib from the ground all be posted at the main <br />entrance to the cility and shall contain t names, addresses, and <br />telephone n bers where persons response for the facility may be <br />contacte t any hour of the day or night.
