There are no changes on this page. <br />It is included to put the change on <br />the next page into context. <br />5.6.3 Garden Center <br />(A) General Standards for Evaluation <br />(1) Outdoor display and storage of goods will be permitted. <br />(2) Outdoor storage of bulk goods shall be located to the rear or side of the primary <br />building and screened on three sides by an eight foot high opaque wall or fence. <br />(3) Outdoor storage for bulk goods shall be limited to 1,500 square feet per acre of <br />the zoning lot. <br />153 <br />In addition to the information required by Section 2.7, the following inform ion <br />shall be supplied as part of the application for approval of this use: <br />(a) A description of the type facility planned, the number of occ ants, and <br />the development schedule. <br />(b) A site plan showing existing and proposed contours.
