Harvey, Current Planning Supervisor with Orange County, North Carolina, DO <br />HEREBY CERTIFY that in accordance with the provisions of Section 2.7.5 of the Orange <br />County Unified Development Ordinance I have mailed, or have caused to be mailed, a <br />Notice of Public Hearing to be held regarding the processing of a Class A Special Use <br />Permit application submitted by Strata Solar and Stout Farms LLC proposing the <br />development of a Solar Array /Public Utility Station on 2 parcels of property located off of <br />Redman Road further identified utilizing the Orange County Parcel Identification Number(s) <br />(PINs) 9844 -06 -5971 and 9844 -17 -2687. <br />The owners were identified according to the Tax Records and as required by Section 2.8.7 <br />of the Orange County Unified Development Ordinance.
