Police, fire and rescue squad protection is sufficient to the site <br />There will be little, if any demand for police fire or rescue squad protection at this <br />location. The facility will be unmanned with no space designed or utilized for human <br />occupancy. <br />F. Vehicular access to the site and traffic condition around the site are acceptable <br />The property is located just west of the Efland community off US 70W, with access from <br />Redman Crossing Road onto SR 1311. This short section of state road provides access to <br />the Stout properties and adjacent Redmanrhino property. The proposed Solar Array - <br />Public Utility will generate less traffic than one (1) single family home after construction. <br />G.
