PUBLIC CHARGE <br />The Board of Commissioners pledges to the residents of Orange County its respect. <br />The Board asks its residents to conduct themselves in a respectful, courteous manner, <br />both with the Board and with fellow residents. At any time should any member of the <br />Board or any resident fail to observe this public charge, the Chair will ask the offending <br />member to leave the meeting until that individual regains personal control. Should <br />decorum fail to be restored, the Chair will recess the meeting until such time that a <br />genuine commitment to this public charge is observed. All electronic devices such as <br />cell phones, pagers, and computers should please be turned off or set to silent/vibrate. <br />C. PUBLIC HEARING ITEMS <br />1. Class A Special Use Permit - To review a Class A Special Use Permit application <br />seeking to develop a solar array /public utility station on two parcels of property, <br />totaling approximately 52 acres in area, off of Redman Road between the railway <br />and Interstate 85/40 in Cheeks Township. <br />2. Zoning Atlas Amendment - To review an application seeking to rezone an <br />approximately 12 acre parcel of property located at 5908 US 70 East in Eno <br />Township from Economic Development Eno Low Intensity (EDE -1); Economic <br />Development Eno High Intensity (EDE -2); and Lower Eno Protected Watershed <br />Protection Overlay to Economic Development Eno High Intensity (EDE -2) and <br />Lower Eno Protected Watershed Protection Overlay. <br />3. Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) Text Amendment - To review an <br />application seeking to amend Section 5.6.5 (A) (2) (b) Kennels (Class ll) — <br />Standards of Evaluation to reduce required setbacks for Class 11 Kennels developed <br />within the EDE -2 zoning district. <br />
