Urban Curbside recycling collection will be provided only to those small <br />businesses /organizations that are located along an existing (or newly created under new <br />program) urban residential curbside collection route and only if the entity generates quantities <br />of recyclables approximating that of a residential household. <br />5. Is county bidding? No. <br />6. Do pickups that may be used to collect difficult to access areas need to be new? Do not have <br />to be new but must be in good working order and be in a condition that represents the <br />successful bidder and county well when in use within the county. <br />7. The current recycling collection provider runs 4 frontline trucks (capacity of 25yd) every day <br />Monday through Friday. <br />8. The successful provider shall be responsible for all costs associated with C.A.R.T.S. <br />9.
