Safety /Record as described and documented in Section V subsection N. <br />Below is a tabulation of the cost proposals: <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: The cost of service from the recommended proposal is <br />$3.29 /household /month to serve approximately 18,750 households. The estimated total annual <br />cost of $740,250.
