Z Smith Reynolds Library <br /> Wake Forest University <br /> PROJECT TEAM The Z Smith Reynolds Library (ZSR), long an icon on the Wake Forest <br /> Freelon University campus, plays an essential role in helping students assess quality <br /> LOCATION information and develop critical thinking skills. Faculty members increasingly <br /> Winston-Salem,NC partner with librarians in their teaching and research and students must <br /> CLIENT CONTACT collaborate with their peers as education migrates toward a more learning <br /> Lynn Sutton focused paradigm. The interior core of the building will be <br /> opened up to become a clear, light-filled passage connecting the arrival <br /> MAIN Entry GR "M ELEMENTS experience with the library's signature space, the Atrium.At the entry level, <br /> Consolidated Services this expansive hall will host the library's consolidated service points in an <br /> New Reading Rooms easy-to-navigate hub of blended services. <br /> Classrooms <br /> Group Study <br /> Special Collections&Archives Special Collections and Archives hold the most valuable treasures on <br /> Improved Circulation campus. The new vision calls for a spacious, new Reading Room in a <br /> prominent location with adjoining classroom, administrative offices, gallery <br /> space and an outdoor terrace with campus vistas.
