ADDITIONAL TERMS SCHEDULE <br /> Opportunity#757409,Quote#1033370 <br /> In addition to the terms and conditions contained in the Service Agreement("Agreement")between Company and Orange County("Customer") <br /> and all other schedules thereto,the following terms and conditions apply("Additional Terms"). These Additional Terms shall take precedence <br /> over any conflicting provision of the Agreement, including any conflicting provisions contained in an Agreement schedule referenced on the <br /> Company website. <br /> 1. Competitive Rate Review. If,within 30 days after the midpoint of the Agreement Term,Customer demonstrates to Company that a bona <br /> fide competing carrier has made a written offer to sell Customer a total package of comparable services(under similar terms and <br /> conditions)for less than Company is currently charging Customer,Company shall have thirty(30)days in which to reduce its rates to <br /> within 10%of the level charged by the competitor.
