The last sentence of Paragraph 3 of the Agreement,which appears in Book <br /> 3737, Page 162 of the Orange County Registry is hereby deleted in its entirety and <br /> replaced as follows: <br /> The Premises may be subjected to one or more deeds of trust in <br /> favor of a bank, or other financial institution in an amount not to <br /> exceed $1,000,000.00, but no other without the written consent of <br /> the County. <br /> 2.
