With 90,000 square feet of <br /> space, the SportsPlex is one of only two facilities in the United States <br /> II q� <br /> to offer an ice arena, aquatics center, and fitness center all under one <br /> roof. SportsPlex is operated for the County by Recreation Partners, <br /> Inc., under a contractual agreement. The County's Central Orange <br /> Senior Center is located adjacent to the SportsPlex, providing conven- <br /> ient access for senior citizens. <br /> General Conditions and Adequacy for Intended Purpose and Uses: <br /> • The facility has undergone renovations and added spaces and <br /> rooms for additional programs and activities.
