431 <br /> MINUTES OF THE ORANGE COUNTY <br /> BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br /> November 26, 1973 <br /> The Board of County Commissioners of Orange County met in special session <br /> at 8:00 P,M, on Monday, November 26, 1973, in the Courtroom of the Courthouse <br /> in Hillsborough. <br /> Members Present: Chairman:-.C. Norman Walker and Commissioners Henry S. Walker, <br /> Flora Garrett, Richard E. Whitted and Melvin Whitfield. <br /> Members Absent: None. <br /> This meeting was held in order that the Board of Commissioners might set in <br /> special session with the County Planning Board and conduct jointly a public <br /> hearing to review certain matters relating to petitions for rezoning filed with <br /> the County Zoning Officer. <br /> Chairman Norman Walker turned the Chair over to Charles Johnston, Chairman <br /> of the County Planning Board, who conducted the public hearing. For detail <br /> minutes of this public hearing you are hereby referred to the minutes of the <br /> County Planning Board. <br /> 'At the conclusion of the public hearing Chairman Johnston turned the Chair <br /> back to Commissioner Norman Walker. <br /> There being no further business to come before the Board the meeting was <br /> adjourned. <br /> C.
