7 <br />OCES Strategic Plan -2014 <br />Employee Survey Results <br />This graphic represents the good and the bad (the Diamonds and Stones) of our Department and related <br />Divisions. It was developed utilizing an open source program on the World Wide Web that incorporated each <br />component of employee feedback. The terms below helped form our Strategic Goals, Objectives and related <br />Tasks. The largest words are those that were used most often during the employee feedback sessions. As each <br />word is reduced in size, it represents that it was used less and less often by the employees.
