F;bview and approval of a Prospectus for transportation planning which defines <br /> work tasks and responsibilities for the various agencies participating in the <br /> transportation planning process, <br /> c. F;bview and approval of the transportation Unified Planning Work Program; <br /> d. F;bview and approval of changesto the National Highway System, Functional <br /> Classification, and Metropolitan Planning Area boundary; <br /> e. F;bview and approval of the Comprehensive and Metropolitan Transportation <br /> Plans. Asspecified in General StatutesSrction 136-66.2(a),the Comprehensive <br /> Transportation Ran shall include the projects in the Metropolitan Transportation <br /> Ran and may include additional projectsthat are not included in the financially <br /> constrained plan or are anticipated to be needed beyond the horizon year as <br /> required by23 U.SC Section 134. F;bview and approval of a Congestion Management Process; <br /> i. F;bview and approval of the distribution and oversight of federal fundsdesignated <br /> for the DCHCM PO under the provisionsof MAP-21 and any other subsequent <br /> Transportation Authorizations; <br /> j. F;bview and approval of a policyfor public involvement for the DCHCMPO; <br /> k.
